Pricing Update - 2016

From 1st May 2016 we’ll be making some changes to our pricing structure for our support models. These changes will happen automatically so you won’t need to do anything. Please read this page for details on what these changes are and how they’ll affect you.

Small Business Support

Our Small Business Support (SBS) package prices will increase by £2.50 per workstation from £15 to £17.50 per month.

Our call-out fee will also increase from £15 + VAT to £25 + VAT but we will still offer this service free of charge to those using this package.

We will continue to offer the additional 20% discount fees from all other Inettek fees should you be using this package.

Unlimited Remote & On-Site Support

Our Unlimited Remote & On-Site Support package prices will increase depending on which components you are using within the package. A breakdown of the price changes are as follows:

Servers

1st Server will increase from £42 + VAT to £50 + VAT per month;

Any additional server will increase from £25 + VAT to £30 + VAT per month.

Workstations

<10 units will increase from £8 + VAT to £9 + VAT per month;

11 < 25 units will increase from £7 + VAT to £8 + VAT per month;

26+ units will increase from £6 + VAT to £7 + VAT per month.

Fix Monthly Service Charge

This will remain at £75 + VAT per month.

Pay As You Go Support

Our Pay As You Go (PAYG) Support package prices will increase depending on the part of the package you use.

Remote Support

Our Remote Support offering will increase from £25 + VAT to £30 + VAT per hour.

On-Site Support

Our On-Site Support offering will not change and will still be charged at £50 + VAT per hour. Our call-out fee will increase from £15 + VAT to £25 + VAT if you use this package.

Vendor Management

We still offer our Vendor Management programme as part of the above packages and the cost will depend upon which offering you are using.

Small Business Support

The Vendor management fee will increase from £10 + VAT to £12 + VAT per vendor we manage for you.

Unlimited Remote Support & On-Site Support

The Vendor Management fee will increase from £5 + VAT to £7 plus VAT per vendor managed for you.

Pay As You Go Support

We typically do not offer Vendor Management for this package but should you need to discuss this with us then please contact us using the number at the top of the page or by using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

HomeSAFE

Pricing for our HomeSAFE package will also increase from £8 per month to £9 per month. Our annual package will increase from £80 to £90 for the year.

The annual package still offers exception value for money by offering 2 months free (over the monthly changing).

The HomeSAFE package provides all these features:

Free Anti-Virus software provided from market leader Sophos;

Computer Health Check performed annually (valued at £40);

Unlimited telephone and remote support;

and much more.

We at Inettek fully appreciate your support and we don't take price alterations lightly. We have not increased our pricing in the past 3 years and we have attempted to absorb as many of these costs as we can but with so many changes to government legislation and technology advancements we unfortunately need to increase some of our prices.

We continue to strive to provide the best level of service we can to all our clients and we hope you understand this tough choice we've had to make.
